Bungy is the test-winning shock absorber that gives you a good night’s sleep on board without disturbance from snatching, as well as creaking and squeaking noises. In addition, your rock wedges sit much more securely with a bunch of Bungy on the line. It is also excellent for permanent mooring. It is of course used primarily for soft and safe mooring, but can also be used as a kind of preventer brake when gybing.

All the benefits of classic shock absorbers, but without the drawbacks

Sometimes development takes a big leap forward after having been stuck in place for a long time, and it is with joy and pride that we can present Bungy, which completely lacks the many limitations of its predecessors.

• Installs easily and lightning-fast on the line, which does not need a free end, only minimal slack. Fits lines up to 20 mm, and also common anchor straps such as Ankarolina
• Made from a weather-resistant rubber-like material that does not discolor the line, has extremely good stretch properties, and returns to its shape without losing performance
• The size of the boat determines how many are needed on each line. A large boat needs more Bungy than a smaller boat
• Recommendation for a 9 m boat:
  • Permanent mooring: 4 – 5 pcs
  • Temporary mooring: 2 – 3 pcs
  • Mainsheet: 2 pcs
• For larger boats: add about 1 Bungy per every 3 running meters – the more the better, and it cannot be overdosed
• Small and handy – only about 7 x 4 x 4 cm
• Fits most types of mainsheets and moorings – permanent as well as temporary, and also anchor and buoy lines – and is absolutely superb for towing a dinghy (and a car!)
