About the jacket

OS2 jackets are a true “must have” for all offshore sailors. They are, of course, tailored for the female fit for maximum comfort and performance. The jackets are fully equipped with everything from a high-cut thermal collar and fully lined hood to reflectors and handwarmer pockets, naturally with a waterproof YKK zipper – keeps you warm and dry in rain and spray.

OS2 trousers are a true “must have” for all offshore sailors. The trousers are fully equipped with everything from handwarmers to Velcro adjustment, naturally with a waterproof YKK zipper – keeps you warm and dry in rain and spray. The women’s model is shaped for the female fit and also features a super practical rear opening so you can use the toilet without removing the braces.

More about Gill OS2

Up to 98% of Gill’s new OS2 Offshore jackets are made from recycled materials. The jackets are made from recycled plastic bottles and fibers, of course without compromising on performance! The jackets are built with a 2-layer fabric construction (XPLORE) which means they are waterproof and highly breathable. They also have fully taped seams – for excellent water resistance.

Gill has not compromised on their renowned fabric technology (XPEL) which offers incredible levels of water repellency, stain resistance, and odor control; it keeps you warm, dry, and protected – for a more enjoyable time on the water.

Product care

Machine wash (30°C). Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low only. Do not dry clean. Do not iron. After use, rinse with fresh water. Do not use biological detergent.

Delivery time

Stock status and available quantities are shown for each variant/size. If you order items in stock before 12:30 (working days), your order will be dispatched from our warehouse the same day — otherwise on the next working day.

If you order a back-order item (or more than we have in stock), the usual delivery time is 5–9 working days.

Shipping costs

The standard shipping cost for this product is €6.49. You can choose other delivery options (such as pickup point or home delivery) which in some cases may cost a little more, but there will always be a €6.49 option.

The total cost of your chosen delivery option is always shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Returns & right of withdrawal

We offer 365 days for returns. We also make the process simple: we always include a return label in your parcel. You don’t need to fill in forms or paperwork. If you choose to use our return label, we charge €8.90 for the return postage — usually cheaper and simpler than arranging return shipping yourself. We don’t charge any other return fees.
