This mooring hook in stainless steel (AISI 316) makes it easier to pick up the buoy line when mooring. You avoid having to reach far over the rail, which reduces the risk of losing balance when itâs tight in the harbour or when thereâs a bit of sea running.
The construction is completely without moving parts, so you get a mooring hook that is easy to use and that wonât jam when it gets wet, sandy, or cold. The hookâs design helps you capture both the buoy eye and rope with more control, so you can get the line on board faster and make fast.
Choose the right length on board
The mooring hook is available in two lengths: 800 mm and 1050 mm. 800 mm is easy to handle and easier to stow, while 1050 mm gives extra reach when you want to stand more securely and still reach the buoy line without leaning as much.
Dimensions and strength that make the job easier
Both lengths have Ă12 mm diameter and are specified with a working load of 750 kg. That provides a stable mooring hook when you pull up the line and work close to the freeboard. The internal gap is 23 mm and the gap is 70 mm, which makes it easier to get the eye in and get a secure grip in the right position.
