Now comes an upgraded version of the bestseller GPS tracker Scout! Scout 2.0 is, as before, a discreet GPS but now with up to 7 years of battery life. Perfect for boat and car, but also excellent for moped, jet ski, snowmobile, and ATV. The subscription costs only 795 kr per year and works throughout the EU. Easy to install and can optionally be connected to an alarm center with security response. The predecessor was named Best in Test by the magazine Båtliv.

This is how the theft protection works

When both the unit and the subscription from NorthTracker are activated, you are protected. The theft protection works so that if the unit leaves a security zone, an alarm will be sent via email, push notification, and SMS. This allows you to act quickly and contact both the police and your insurance company in the event of a theft. The tracking service works throughout Europe and has helped the police several times to both catch the thieves and recover stolen property.

Transmission interval

NorthTracker Scout 2.0 transmits three positions per day. Between the intervals, it is in deep sleep and therefore cannot be scanned and found by thieves. This solution has proven to be very effective as it gives a false sense of security to the thief while giving you plenty of time to locate your property.
