Fender Covers for cylindrical fenders from Fendequip are sewn for those who want to protect both boat and fender while moored. The cover reduces the risk of marks on the topsides while also helping to dampen squeaking chafing noises when the boat moves against a dock, buoy or another boat.
The material is Fendequip’s own dirt-repellent, non-abrasive loop-knitted acrylic fabric, manufactured in Fendequip’s own factory. It provides a combination of high wear resistance and a soft surface against the hull, which makes a big difference when you are berthed for long periods in a guest harbour or in an exposed location with a lot of movement.
UV durability that is tested and documented
The covers have been tested by Bureau Veritas and show high resistance to ultraviolet light. The products are accredited with an ISO 105 B02, greater than Grade 7 certificate for UV light fastness. For you, this means the Fender Covers are built to withstand sun and weather over time.
Choose the right size and pack
The variants are available in several sizes for cylindrical fenders, with dimensions matching popular models such as Dan-Fender Heavy Duty (520, 623, 822, 827, 1232), Majoni Star (1 – 5) and Polyform (F1, F02, F2, F3, F4, F5, F6, F7). Check the fender’s length and diameter and choose the variant that matches your fender size.
Some variants are supplied as 2-pack (2 Fender Covers), while others are supplied individually (1 Fender Cover). This allows you to adapt the purchase to how many fenders you use on each side.
Care
When the covers need freshening up, they can be washed at 40 °C, making them easy to keep clean after a season of salt spray and dirt.
