Usage and power
Minn Kota Endura C2 is built for shorter trips, fun in the bay, and fishing. You get quiet and smooth propulsion that makes it easy to sneak up on fish and safely cruise between buoy and dock. It works excellently as a trolling motor and as assistance in the harbor on dinghies, rowboats, and smaller open boats. All models run on 12 volts and you easily set the speed with five forward and three reverse settings.
The series is available in several thrust levels, so you can choose more power if you often run loaded or want better control in headwinds. The speed is adjusted in steps, providing predictable operation and gentle power consumption when cruising at low speed.
Mounting and shaft
Endura C2 is transom-mounted and attaches with a robust composite clamp mount that resists bending, twisting, and UV light. The quick-release makes it easy to remove and attach the motor between trips, and the mounting is secure when you are out on the water.
The shaft length is adjustable so the propeller sits correctly in the water for optimal grip and minimal cavitation. The indestructible composite shaft flexes on impact rather than breaking, reducing the risk of costly interruptions. The tilting function allows you to quickly lift the motor in shallow water or when docking.
Operation and maintenance
The cool and quiet motor operation extends lifespan and makes your boating experience more pleasant for both you and your surroundings. The battery indicator on the motor head shows remaining capacity at the press of a button, so you can plan your return trip in good time. The motor is controlled with a tiller that is ergonomic and telescopic, providing a relaxed, precision grip all day long.
Endura C2 is intended for freshwater. Battery not included. For safety reasons, installation should always be secured with a 60 amp fuse. The propeller is a two-blade Power Prop designed to get through dense weeds without losing thrust.

Exceeded expectations with this outboard motor, I’m just looking for peaceful trips in nature with the family and think petrol engines vibrate and make too much noise. I’ve rowed for a few seasons but want to get a bit further out on the lake and was recommended Minn Kota, fast and powerful enough for calm trips, I run it with a slightly used 100Ah car battery which lasts for 1.5 hours of cruising, and I have 25% left when I return to the marina. Unfortunately, a few water lily leaves get caught in the propeller when reversing from the jetty, but that’s normal. Completely satisfied!
